This piece is inspired by the character Aughra, from one of my favourite films & series; The Dark Crystal. I wanted to show our hope as something delicate, but powerfully illuminating, like the glowing moth.
Painted in soft blue hues of watercolour, protected with matt varnish.
Mounted and framed in a white A4 (210 x 297mm) wood frame with glass, made in the UK.
